Please allow for a maximum of 4 weeks for delivery as all kits are hand made.
If you are unhappy with any part of your purchase due to manufacture defects, you can simply return it for a full refund or replacement.
Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase and in the SAME condition as supplied, this means NOT started in any way.
Return postage to Pendle Valley Workshop is paid by the purchaser, as per the distance selling act. Pendle Valley Workshop will pay for the return postage back to the customer as is also part of the distance selling act.
If parts are returned to us started without prior agreement, the parts will not be covered by our guarantee and therefore will not be replaced free of charge. The returned started parts will also not be returned to you, unless the return postage is paid for, up front and in full. This guarantee does not cover damage to the part or model due to careless handling, operator misuse or substandard railway infrastructure.
